Plants

I used to get out early on Saturday mornings to photograph for a few hours. When it had been warm the day before and then dropped to cooler temperatures at night, there would often be dew on the flowers and spider webs. That's what I always looked for.

If I was to go out to photograph flowers today, I'd grab one of my macro lenses. The details in a flower are quite amazing, and a close up macro can have very shallow depth of field, allowing the details to fade off from your view. Generally colours are very soft and pastelly, contributing to the mood.
I don't only photograph macros though, as evidenced by the images here.
